Mood: Feel ok – but not particularly great. Had quite a few brewskies last night so that may have had something to do with it. Just can’t seem to push to the 6.0. No sweat tho it will come in time.

Week 4: 5.5 km [current week] – [91.3 km for Feb (Total)]
Week 3: 33.0 km
Week 2: 28.9 km
Week 1: 26.1 km

Mood: Haven’t slept in like 30 hrs, but had a good run today to start off the final week. This so far has been a very proud month for me. I was able to set me a goal and thus far stuck to it. I have really put on the miles this month. Next month will be high mileage for the first 2 weeks (max 6 miles per run with fast intermitten days) and then intervals – 10min full runs, 2 min sprints drill (10mins) , and 10 min easy run for the last 2 weeks – mix it up.

Mood: Feel pretty good. It just seems like my first run after my break is requires a bit more push than usual. At any rate today is 3/3 and I am out for a bit – so let me get on with it.

Off day – just taking it easy. Feels a bit weird not go running, but have to give the body a bit of rest; even if it feels forced.

Just a simply guy who sees goodness in most and constantly in search of all that is beautiful, good, and true. I have very few hangups, save the fact that I am fiercely intolerant of BS and people who deal in delusions. I consider myself unselfish, always ready to give a hand when I see the need. I am also equally unforgiving of those who take advantage of the goodness of others. Learning is a passion of mine. My primary field is Mathematics, but my passion goes well beyond that. I read a great deal, I also enjoy Philosophy, History, Computing/Technology and Contemporary World Affairs (mainly Politico-Military). I am pretty guarded with my privacy, but you can learn more about me by hitting the button at the top - "All About Me" and you can hit me up on Skype...my username is "Rupdawg" or check me out at any of my Social links under "Don't Stalk Me" below.
